Our genesis is rooted in our founder's story. While seeking a PEO provider, Joe Buckheit submitted website forms for pricing and additional information. He was met with slow (or no) responses and service quotes that varied wildly, with some vendors charging more than three times for the same service.

This experience underscored the need to bring a new level of ease and confidence to the buying experience and created the impetus for Top Provider.

In his (albeit rare) spare time, Joe enjoys fishing and the outdoor Florida life.
